1. The service

PointRetour lets shops create, for each of their customers, a QR label (sticker or wallpaper) leading to a page that lets anyone contact the owner of a lost or stolen device.

2. Shop account and subscription

Creating customers and labels requires an active subscription (or a free trial). Paid periods add up. When it ends, the public pages already created remain accessible.

3. Shop responsibilities

• Obtain the customer's consent before recording their information and making it visible on the QR page.
• Enter accurate information and update it at the customer's request.
• Do not use the service to track or contact someone without their knowledge, or for unsolicited advertising.

4. Limitations

PointRetour helps devices get back to their owners but cannot guarantee that a lost or stolen device will be found. Any medical information shown does not replace the emergency services.

5. Termination

The shop can delete its account at any time from its space. The administrator can suspend an account in case of misuse.
